Blancpain's native village of Villeret lends its name to the most classic collection from the manufacturer. Firmly anchored in tradition, these models personify our roots and embody our prime aesthetic choices. The purity of their lines, the clarity of their dials and the slenderness of their double stepped cases express essentials with timeless elegance.
A combination of technical refinement and aesthetic beauty, this Blancpain Villeret Quantième Annuel GMT watch is incredibly elegant and sets itself apart from the rest by the technical accomplishments needed to create it. Set in an 18ct red gold 40mm case, the Blancpain Calibre 6054F self-winding automatic movement provides the watch with a fully automated, complete annual calendar that resets itself at the end of each month and will only need to be manually calibrated with the disruption of a leap year on the 29th February.
Additionally, the watch has a dedicated GMT time zone function which provides the wearer with second time zone functionality. Contained by the 18ct red gold double bezel, the opaline dial of this timepiece is finished with a stamped flinque look and waved sunburst effect with complete calendar at 3 o’clock and the dedicated GMT time zone dial at 8 o’clock.
The hours are marked with red gold Roman numerals and are pointed to by red gold dauphine hands with an open aperture in their centre. This timepiece is fastened with a brown alligator leather strap and a folding clasp.
