With a rich history dating back to 1865, Zenith have created many timepieces that have become iconic in Swiss watchmaking. One of the outstanding achievements was the invention of the first integrated automatic chronograph movement; the Zenith Chronomaster, still the most precise series-made calibre to this day.
The Zenith Chronomaster El Primero has a 45mm brushed stainless-steel case with a brushed grey dial. Present on the dial are three coloured chronograph sub dials, Small seconds are positioned at 9 o’clock (Silver) 30 -minute counter at 3 o’clock (Dark Grey) and the 12-hour counter at 6 o'clock (Blue.) A single red chronograph hand is positioned centrally. The hour and minute hands are coated with SuperLuminova, as are the index hour markers, ensuring the dial can be read in the brightest of lights to the darkest of conditions. A subtle date indication features at the 6 o'clock position, highlighted in red.
Finally, the assertive Zenith Chronomaster El Primero Skeleton is adorned by a black perforated rubber strap, for a bold textured finish.
A transparent sapphire crystal case back, reveals the El Primero 400 B Automatic movement, with an impressive 50-hour power reserve.
